Fulfilment Services by Third Party
Deliveries are arranged using Secure 3rd Party Courier services (GDeX, Poslaju, J&T Express or equivalent) for Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. The delivery lead time is based on standard Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with the courier service providers.

All deliveries are outbound from our facility within 48hours (not including Sundays and Malaysian Public Holidays) upon confirmation of receiving payment for purchases.
