  3. Refund process will take approximately 20 working days from the date of refund request approval.

Policy and Procedures for the Receipt of purchased goods :-

  1. Documentation of Parcel Condition: Recording a video of the parcel upon receipt allows for clear documentation of its condition. In the unlikely event of any discrepancies or damages, this video footage serves as tangible evidence to support your claims.
  2. Verification of Contents: Video imaging enables customers to verify the contents of their parcels in real-time. This helps ensure that all items included in the shipment match the order details, reducing the risk of missing or incorrect items.
  3. Assistance in Resolution Process: In the event of a need for return, exchange, or refund, video evidence expedites the resolution process. It provides our customer support team with valuable visual information, facilitating a smoother and more efficient resolution of any issues.
  4. Enhanced Security: Video documentation enhances security by creating a comprehensive record of the parcel's condition and contents. This can be particularly beneficial in cases involving shipping-related disputes or claims.

How to Capture Video Imaging:

  • Prioritize well-lit areas for optimal visibility.
  • Use a handheld device such as a smartphone or camera to capture clear footage.
  • Focus on key areas of the parcel, including exterior condition, packaging integrity, and contents.
  • Ensure the video captures the entire inspection process from start to finish.
